Kingsdown, Swindon

Having taken options on over 70 acres of land, we successfully managed to lobby for its inclusion in the Swindon Core Strategy Plan.

Working with Persimmon Homes who had options on land adjacent we jointly created a regeneration master plan for the area providing a new neighbourhood consisting of over 1,600 homes, a new school, plus sports facilities including a new pavilion and pitches.
