Ossory Road, Southwark

Acquired a warehouse in the Old Kent Road regeneration area and lobbied to get it included in Southwark Council’s development strategy.

After much negotiations and working closely with Southwark Council, we achieved a planning consent for a part 10, part 11-storey building, with views of Burgess Park, the City and Canary Wharf, consisting of 71 residential units with 15,000 sq ft of light industrial on the lower ground, ground and first floors.
