Originally set up as a niche residential property development company working around the East London and City fringe areas, we have now expanded our business to operate throughout the South of England, with particular focus on all parts of London and the Home Counties paying attention to the fineness of detail, building residential and commercial desirable developments with emphasis on design that are finished to a high specification to provide unique properties focussed on quality and modern day living which lead us to be nominated and winning the British Home Awards for best design and best development.

Most purchases are made using our own funds or are in conjunction with joint venture partners and can be completed without the normal bank lending requirements. This flexibility allows us to have access to substantial funding and in turn enables us to complete matters very quicky if required.
