After successfully negotiating with the London Borough of Redbridge planning department, we obtained planning permission for 103,775 sq ft of development comprising of 105 residential units with 6,835 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor around a court yard of part 4, 5, 6 and 7 storey buildings.
