Old Ford Road, Victoria Park

We acquired a former warehouse with residential above, overlooking Victoria Park and the Hertford Union Canal.

After obtaining planning permission to build a luxury residential scheme comprising of 3 houses and 5 flats, we went on to develop the site and sold all the units individually, breaking all records on sales prices achieved in that area.

Due to its innovative design, the development was put forward and won three British Home Awards in 2020 winning Best New Development, Best Small Development and Best House Builder.
